Terms of Use (EULA)

End User License Agreement and terms governing your use of the Miran app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Miran application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your country to use the App and subscribe to paid services.

3. Subscription Services

The App provides fitness programs, workout plans, and subscription-based digital content ("Services").

3.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed through the App Store.
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store policies.
  • Miran does not issue refunds directly unless required by applicable law.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the App.
  • Share your subscription or account with others.
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Misuse communication tools or harass trainers or users.

8. Health Disclaimer

  • Miran provides fitness content for general wellness purposes only.
  • Consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
  • You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miran is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or within the App and are effective upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
