Delete Account – Miran

This page explains how to delete your Miran account and what happens to your data. Account deletion is completed in the Miran mobile app, or by contacting support if you no longer have access to the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Miran app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → App Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your request and complete the OTP verification sent to your email.

How to delete your account without the app

If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from your registered email (or include your registered phone number) and request account deletion.

We will verify ownership of the account before processing your request.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove associated account data, including:

• Profile information
• Photos and videos
• Trainer subscription association
• Meals and nutrition data
• Workout plans and related fitness data
• Other account data linked to your profile

Retention and cancellation window

After you request deletion in the app, you may cancel the request before the date shown in the app (cancel_before / delete_date).

Some records (for example billing or tax-related records) may be kept temporarily when required by law, and are removed when they are no longer required.
